I ordered from rock-itsurf.com and, to be fair, the product itself was fine. No real complaints there. But the customer service part was kind of frustrating, and that’s what stuck with me more than anything.
I emailed them twice and each time it took a few days to hear back. I get that places get busy, but the replies were really short and didn’t fully answer what I was asking. So then I had to follow up again, which just made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.

It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, and the item did arrive okay. Still, for an online shop, I expected support to be a bit quicker and more helpful. I’d probably hesitate before ordering from them again.

I figured the site would be straightforward, and it mostly was. Checkout felt a bit slow, so I assumed something might’ve frozen for a second, but the order went through fine in the end...

I bought a board from Rock-It Surf and ran into an issue quickly. I figured the warranty process would be straightforward, but it ended up being kinda frustrating.

Customer support took a long time to get back to me, and every time they did, it felt like they needed more photos or more details. The return steps weren’t super clear either, so I kinda felt like I was just going in circles.
In the end, I never really got a proper fix for the problem. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, the support was kinda disappointing...

This board was just not good quality. I only used it twice and it already started cracking. Seems like stuff like this always falls apart way sooner than it should.

My first thought after checking it out was that it just didn’t feel like great value. The board itself is okay, and shipping was totally fine, but for what I paid I expected a nicer finish or at least a few extras. I’ve seen better deals from other surf shops, so I probably wouldn’t jump on this again

My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. I kept checking for updates and got almost nothing, which just felt like such a waste of energy.
